We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 96, Anthony J. Papandrea Sr. (Meriden, Connecticut) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anthony J. Papandrea Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Hilda Papandrea (Stockman); his parents, Salvatore Papandrea and Maculata Papandrea (Wodatch); and his sisters, Grace Chiaro, Rose Benoit, Georgette Papandrea, Carmel Tkacz and Gloria Santerre.
He is survived by: his children, Larry, Anthony Jr. and Sherry; and his pet Tanner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home (88 E Main St, Meriden, CT 06450). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mount Carmel Church (109 Goodwill Ave, Meriden, CT 06451).
