He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rita Bartolomei Filip; his parents, Vincent F. Jr. Filip and Julia A. Hovanec Filip; his children, David Filip, Kim Albanese (Daniel), Jennifer Filip (Donald Skaggs), Jacqueline Jennings (Jeff) and John Filip (Aline); his grandchildren, Dylan, Tyler, Bryce, Thomas, Patricia, Athena, Emma and Ellie; and his sisters, Maryann Petreycik and Diane Santaniello.
