It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patrick Sisk (Madison, Connecticut), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on April 15, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carroll Peck, Thomas S. Sisk, Robert E. Sisk and Edward J. Sisk, Jr.; and his parents, Edward J. Sisk and Alice Carroll Sisk.

He is survived by: his wife Maureen Murphy Sisk; his daughter Lisa A. Grace (Charles) of Duxbury; and his sisters, Frances Stillman and Mary Rose McManus of North Haven.
