He is survived by: his parents, Simon Etzel and Jennifer Farmer-Etzel; his brothers, Simon Etzel and Douglas Farmer; his brothers-in-law, Scott Cyr and Michael Clifford; his sisters, Shannon Etzel Clifford, Johanna Fitzgerald and Deborah Farmer; his sister-in-law Christine Kelly; and his nephews, Dylan, Doug, Alex, Jack, Miles and Oliver.
