With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth R. Nye of Madison, Connecticut, born in Clifton Springs, New York, who passed away on July 21, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Nye and Frances Nye. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Loudon Nye; his children, Peter (Amy), Timothy (Cheryl), Sarah Hartman (Timothy), Ashley Abraham (Matthew) and Lieutenant Colonel; and his sister Deborah Plane (Steve).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Madison A Better Chance House (ABC House).
