It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Brakeman Jr. (Litchfield, Connecticut), born in Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Lee Brakeman; his children, Beverley Brakeman, Jill Brakeman (Lee Thompson), Robert Brakeman (Anne Brakeman) and John Brakeman; his sisters, Diane Payne (Bill Payne) and Beth Matthews; his nieces and nephews, Denise Papp, Melissa Bellis, Sean Capper and Scott Capper; and his son Rob. He is also survived by his four children as a father.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Bill's name to Possum Queen Foundation Helping Medically Burdened Northwest Connecticut-ers with Heart and Humor at Possum Queen Foundation.
