Shaw; his children, Kaden James Shaw and Madison Paige Marko; his stepfather Eric Flashbaugh; his sister-in-law Melinda Shaw; his nephews, Nathan Shaw, Jacob Shaw and Christopher Chambers; his grandmother Caroline Shaw; his former wife Jes Haven; his stepsons, Kevin and Kalub (Tara Wilbur); and his stepgrandchild Trinity. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
