He was predeceased by: his aunt Debbie Anselmo-Moynihan of Newington; and his grandmother Diana D. Blake of Hartford. He is survived by: his parents, Richard P. Blake, Jr of Lebanon and Mary Blake-Roy; his stepfather Robert Roy of Lebanon; his grandmother Shirley Accatino of Wethersfield; his great-aunt Sylvia Sussdorf of Burlington; his siblings, Heather Anselmo and Matthew Anselmo of Lebanon; his stepsister Alyssa Hannan; his brother-in-law Matthew Hannan; and his niece Isabella Hannan of South Windsor.
