He is survived by: his daughter Shannon (Stephen Hakenjos); his wife Cathy Briggs; his daughter Alyson Briggs; his siblings, Ruth (John Smead) and Ernest (Elizabeth Briggs); and his granddaughter Jade Hakenjos. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
