We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2024, at the age of 95, Barbara Gemmell Ross of Lebanon, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Claire DeGroat of Windsor Locks and Robert DeGroat of East Hartford. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Ramatowski (John) of Lebanon and Keith Gemmell (Joann Cortese) of Smithfield; her grandchildren, Leslie Lauren Ramatowski and John Walter Ramatowski of Lebanon; and her half-sister Elizabeth DeGroat (Stuart Simons) of Farmington, Connecticut.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
As many know, the care of a loved one with advanced Alzheimer's is all-consuming.
