It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Gaffney (Killingworth, Connecticut), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Joseph Gaffney, Sr. of Holyoke and Helen O'Shea Gaffney of County Kerry; and his brother Thomas Patrick Gaffney. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Gaffney; his children, Megan and Coriel Gaffney; his sons-in-law, Frank and Juan; his stepchildren, Meghan, Brendan and Sean Fitzpatrick; his sister Kathleen Puhala; his grandchildren, Bailey, Chloe, Caroline, Caitlin, Fiona, Alma, Teddy, Wilder and Felix; and also, Stephanie and Kristen.
