He was predeceased by: his father Eugene F Sturgeon. He is survived by: his mother Judy Sturgeon (Keegan); his children, Mathew Alan Sturgeon of Berlin, Jonathan Scott Sturgeon of Terryville and Allison Gene Laroche (Michael Laroche) of Plantsville; his siblings, Lori Davis of Bath Maine and David Sturgeon (Ruth Sturgeon) of Lewiston Maine; and his daughter Renee Roche of Farmington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
