She is survived by: her sister Concepcion Bernal Baixauli; her children, Tia En, Joseph (Joanne Perez), Aurora (Ronald Jakubowski), James Roderick, Marina Perez (Donald Kerchis), Frank (Gina Baixauli) and Alicia (Marc Goodman); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jason, Marissa, Nicholas, Lindsay, Daniel, Alexandra, Jamie, Anjelica, Carlos, Marco, Eric and Elena; and her friend Juliette Shellman. She is also survived by friends, colleagues, students, godchildren.
She was passionate about helping the community, and as such in lieu of flowers, donations to these two causes, which were near and dear to her heart, would be greatly appreciated.
