She is survived by: her grandson Benjamin Boucher; her parent Cecilia Polgrozek (Czajkowski); her grandchildren, Thomas and Diana Boucher; her children, Mackenzie, Ryan, Courtney, Evan and Benjamin Boucher; her sister Viola Truskowski of New Britain; her daughters-in-law, Gail and Barbara Boucher; her spouse John Boucher; her sons, George, James and David; and her siblings, Jean Blejewski, Sophia Skonieczny and Edward Polgrozek. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and god children.
