Sophie Mary Pizzo Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sophie Mary Pizzo (Jewett City, Connecticut), who passed away on October 23, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Camellia Goncharow (Litwinczwk) and Frank Goncharow; her husband Richard Pizzo; her son Richard Pizzo; and her siblings, Frank Goncharow, Agnes Plantier, Gladys Tryon, Alice Edenfield, Helen Dean and Elizabeth Goncharow.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Gayla Pizzo; her granddaughter Melissa Tatro (Robert Tatro, Jr.); her great grandchildren, Bryanna Lascola, Caydan, Bradey, Gavin Jonasch and Braxton Tatro; and her great great grandchildren, Bentley and Waylon Lascola.
