He is survived by: his wife Cecile Lobe (Boulet); and his children, Joseph Lobe of Central Village, CT, John Lobe, Daniel Lobe, Joanne Lobe and Millie LaChapelle of Plainfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
