She was predeceased by: her parent Alfred O. Collard; and her sisters, Carmen Collard and Lorraine Mager. She is survived by: her parent Helen E. Collard (Fournier); her spouse Myron Cohen; her daughters, Holly Thomas, Tina White and Tami Koncinski; and her stepdaughter Alana Cohen. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
