It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene O. Jones of Hebron, Connecticut, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on May 16, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefan Okapal and Veronica Okapal (Zajac). She is survived by: her husband Edward Jones; and her brother Edward (Margaret Okapal). She is also survived by children, her godchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to St. Peter's Church, or to the Russell Mercier Senior Center, Hebron.
