He was predeceased by: his parent Allan Couch. He is survived by: his spouse Emily Couch (Nadeau); his parent Gladys Couch Pagano (Gabriel); his children, Patricia Halloran of Hebron and Carl Couch of Hebron; and his grandchildren, Melissa Halloran and Martin Halloran, II.
