He is survived by: his sisters, Theresa DeVito (Thomas), Corinne Gaudet and Laura Frank; his brother-in-law Jeffrey Papallo; his nieces and nephews, Thomas R. DeVito, Charles Cormier, Eric DeVito (Stefanie), Kate Frank, Shara DeVito, Ryan Gaudet (Emely), Carissa Sfakios and Dennis Frank (Dawn); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas J. DeVito, Jaelyn, Sofia, Ella DeVito, Madison, Elizabeth Frank, Emily Mulholland and Kaitlyn Ferro; his close friends, Derek, Jenny, Lilly and Barbara; and his caregiver Joanna.
