It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Salvatore Vernali (Hartford, Connecticut), who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastiano Vernali and Vincenza Vernali; and his son-in-law Martin Cairnduff. He is survived by: his wife Salvatrice; his daughters, Enza Dandeneau (Steve), Anna Cairnduff and Linda Hovanec (Derek); his grandchildren, James (Emily), Patrick (Tiffany), Alyssa, William, Elizabeth and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Lucy and Lila; and his siblings, Angela DiTommaso and Guiseppe Vernali. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
