He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Ramos (Martinez); his children, Luis Ramos III, Miguel Santiago, Christina Santiago and Shai Ramos; his siblings, Aida Ramos, Efrain Ramos, Juan Ramos, Guillermo Malave, Hector Malave, Rolando Lugo, Lucy Lugo and Janet Lugo; and his nieces and nephews, Pete Franco, Jocelyn Franco and Diana Ramos. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
