Carter of Windsor; his granddaughter Vivian Carter of Windsor; his siblings, Saundra Mounds (Aaron) of England and Richard Larry Carter of Hartford; his aunt Christine Carter; and his friend Sally of Hartford. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
