It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carla M. Williams of Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leander Williams and Mary L. Jones. She is survived by: her sisters, Indya Jones, Noemi Hammonds and Eneida Hammonds; her grandmother Mama Rose; her aunts, Assata Harris and Dolores Simpson; her pet Spooky; and her godchildren, Trey Williams, Jaden Gardner, Dior Brooks, Deja Brooks, Damion Brooks and Britton Lyttleton.
