It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertrand P. Roy in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Roy and Priscille Roy; his siblings, Aurelian Roy (Ray), Lorrina Hutchins and Yvette Pelletier; his brother-in-law Kevin Kelley; his father-in-law Peter Draghi; and his stepfather-in-law Donald Tryon.
He is survived by: his husband Gary Draghi of South Windsor, CT; his mother-in-law Diane Tryon; his stepmother-in-law Phyllis Draghi; his siblings, Robert Roy (Mona), Trese Kelley, Carleen Roy, Kathleen Curtis, William Roy (Kimberly) and James Roy (Susan); and also, Sue and Debbie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, great-grand nieces and great-grand nephews.
