He was predeceased by: his son Ricky Bailey; and his siblings, James Bailey, Eileen Montesi and Margaret Somers. He is survived by: his wife Maureen O'Neill Bailey; his son Kevin Bailey; and his grandchildren, Matt and Melissa.
