She was predeceased by: her husband Alberto Tomei; her parents, Rocco Santia and Francesca Bernola Santia; and her sister Maria Santia. She is survived by: her daughters, Maria Tomei (Michael Martone) and Nancy Tomei (Robert Carey) of Hamden; her grandchildren, Marissa Trombetta (Vincenzo) of Milford and Scott Giordano (Victoria) of North Haven; and her great grandchildren, Francesco, Alessandra Trombetta and Giordano.
