She was predeceased by: her husband James H. "Jim" Oberempt; and her brothers, Robert P. and Emile D. Arel. She is survived by: her children, April Kelley (Paul) of Derby and James P. Oberempt (Theresa) of West Haven; her grandchildren, Christopher Kelley (Natalie), Andrew Kelley, Caitlin and James L. Oberempt; and her sister Claudette Suscietto of Branford.
