It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Proto of Hamden, Connecticut, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alfonso Proto; and her parents, Elvira Hodak and Matthew Hodak. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie; her grandchildren, Jamie and Jordan; her son Joseph (Sandra); her grandchildren, Yarleen and Sevastian; her sisters, MaryAnn Golia (Ken) and Jane (Bob); and her cousin Ginny DeLucia (Carol). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
