He was predeceased by: his significant other Emily Hamilton Puskar. He is survived by: his children, Manhattan and Michael; his daughter-in-law Lucy (Brachel); his daughter Katherine; his son-in-law Eric Barrow of Greenwich; his grandchildren, Helen, Edward Puskar, Brooke and Kay Barrow; and his sister Eka Krcmery of Slovakia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ Church Greenwich or the Junior League of Greenwich.
