It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Roina of Greenwich, Connecticut, who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert J. Roina to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his parents, Rocco Roina and Philomena Roina; his wife Diane; his children, Courtney and James; his siblings, Janis Manning (Steve), Charlie Roina (Donna), Rocco Roina, Dina Merril (Steve) and Phyllis McMinn (Kevin); and his siblings-in-law, Maureen Chiappetta, Michael Mason (Jenny) and Bill Mason (Lisa). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

“Rob was always a kind, helpful, generous, and fun loving guy. When I bought the “Bruce Park Grill” in 2006, some friends jumped in to help me out with some repairs and modifications, among them was Rob. I didn’t have to ask him for his help, he simply showed up with the boys and went to work. I was honored to have him there. It takes a special kind of person to volunteer to physically help a “business competitor”( though he and I didn’t see it that way). He was 1 in a Billion! RIP. Scott”
