He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kordas and Julia Kordas; and his brother Frank Kordas Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cody Kordas; his children, Richard F. Kordas Jr. (Monica), Jeffrey P. Kordas (Sheila) and Jennifer Kordas Gorman (Shawn); his grandchildren, Sam, Makayla, Colby, Jake, Abigail and Grace; and his siblings, Robert, Karol and David.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Greenwich Fire Department.
