He was predeceased by: his parents, Johannes Braun and Apolonia Braun (Schroter). He is survived by: his wife Rose-Maria Braun; his children, Patti Hedges (Tom Hedges), Jeanette Thomson (Elisa Marenghi), Gerard Braun and Stephan Braun (Nancy); his grandchildren, Benjamin Hedges (Jennifer), Ian Hedges (Bridget), Corey Hedges, Lindsey Hedges, Chelsea Thomson, Nicole Thomson, Erika Thomson, Aidan Braun, Colin Braun, Kaitlin Braun, Ana Braun and Spencer Braun; and his great grandchildren, Layne Hedges and Claire Hedges.
