He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Clisham and Kathyrn Clisham (Carey); his siblings, Stephen, Patrick "Buddy", Paul "Carey", Anita, Joan, Jackie, Briday "Bry", Tommy, John "Deacon", Mary, Bruce and Ned; and his friend Heaven.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Clisham (Keka); his children, Kristin Clisham Fowler (Michael), Joseph Ronald Clisham, Jr. (Allison) and Katey Clisham Caruolo (Michael); his grandchildren, Mikey, Joey, Kathryn Fowler, Zack, Caleigh, Torey, Nicholas Caruolo and Olivia Clisham; his caregiver Maame Tawiah Darko of Ghana; his siblings, William "Billy" Clisham (Dorie) of Hawaii and Mercedes "Cedy" Fredsall of Wolcott; his son J. R.; and also, Mikey and Joey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
