She was predeceased by: her husband Donald E. Hughes; her parents, Walter Allen and Marjorie Allen (Morris); her brother Ted Allen; and her pet Maggie.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Swartz (Shawnna Kelly) of Berlin, CT and Tracey Orciuch (Joe) of Bourne, MA; and her grandchildren, Andrew and Amanda Orciuch.
