She is survived by: her parents, Adam Chamberlain and Alicia Chamberlain; and her brother Mason. She is also survived by friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to Raegen's passions in her name. All future donations made to the family or to her go fund me account will be divided between East Granby Soccer Association, Farmington Valley Gymnastics, Girl Scouts of America and The Make a Wish Foundation of CT.
