She was predeceased by: her husband Owen E. Williams of Hartford; her parents, John Watt and Mae Watt (Gillespie); and her siblings, Margaret, Dorothy, John, Sam and Bette.
She is survived by: her sons, Owen Williams of Farmington, Steven Williams of Bristol and Thomas Williams; and her grandchildren, Christopher Williams, Amy, Caron and Jessica Williams. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
