With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Peterson Hein of Farmington, Connecticut, born in Meriden, Connecticut, who passed away on September 3, 2024 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Margaret Peterson Hein to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her spouses, Kendall H. Peterson and Harold P. Hein; her parents, Harold Wood and Margaret Wood; her daughter Sandra Orvis; her grandson Steven Orvis; her son-in-law Kenneth Weedall; and her stepbrother Harold Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Weedall, Joyce Orvis (Tim), Susan Smizer (Ray), Mark Peterson (Cindy), David Peterson (Sue) and Janice Shimeld (Mike); her stepsons, Robert Hein (Pat) and Alan Hein (Audrey); her son-in-law William Orvis; and her friend Sis Taylor. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
