He was predeceased by: his son Lucius Milan Whitaker III. He is survived by: his wife Arline Belicka Whitaker; his daughter Lindsey; his son-in-law Dan Brennwald; his granddaughter McKenna Brennwald of Farmington; his sister Judy Murphy of Norwich; and his brother-in-law John Belicka Jr. (Sue) of Stonington. He is also survived by many family members and dear friends.
