He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett McCullough and Eunice McCullough; his daughter Diana McCullough; his son-in-law Gary Hewins; and his aunt Helen.
He is survived by: his wife Betty McCullough (Stevens); his children, Leeland D. McCullough Jr. (Donna), Allison Gay (Stephen) and Laura Hewins (Billy Wright); his grandchildren, Tracy McCullough (Alex DePastino), Jessica McCullough, Daniel Gay, Keith McCullough and Joseph Hewins; his great grandchild Anthony D'Pastino; and his siblings, Ronald McCullough of Alturas, CA and Susan Choquette (Leo). He is also survived by 3 sons.
