We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2023, at the age of 84, Joan I. Phillips of Farmington, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Phillips and Margaret Phillips (Miller); and her brother George Phillips. She is survived by: her sons, J. Kevin Flaherty and Patrick Flaherty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
