He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Charles Haworth and Harriet Swanston Haworth; his wife Doris F. Haworth (Doodie); and his sister Harriet Whipple. He is survived by: his sons, David C. Haworth (Susan) of Farmington and Peter C. Haworth (Sharon) of Avon; his grandchildren, Kylie, Kelsey, Kasey and Jillian; and his great grandchildren, Everly, Deacon and Hayes.
