He is survived by: his wife Mary Lazar-Bindner; his son Thomas Bindner; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Masterson of McKinney, TX; his grandchildren, Colin Bindner of Dallas, TX, Corey Bindner (Sarah) of Chattanooga, TN and Christina McCallie (Trenton) of Dallas, TX; and his great grandchild Milo Bindner of Chattanooga, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
