He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine E. Kinney (Corning); and his father Garfield G. Kinney. He is survived by: his children, Donna Hamre (Joshua) and Joseph Kinney (Denise) of Spartanburg, SC; his grandchildren, Devin Robichard, Ashton Hamre, Sydney Hamre and Bradley Hamre; and his siblings, Douglas Kinney (Debbie) of Springfield, MA, Christine Evans, Dennis Kinney (Nicky), Karen Hilenski (George), Richard Kinney (Heidi), Donald Kinney (Carrie) and Brenda Kinney. He is also survived by many nieces nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Enfield EMS, Inc. 1296 Enfield Street Enfield, CT 06082.
