She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Sultan and Mary Sultan (late S. Leger Starr); her children, Debra Wilby and Wilfred Starr; and her siblings, Steffie, Mary, Stella and Stanley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Bartholomew (Gary), Dale Gregoire (Robert) and Doreen Grout (Ken); her grandchildren, Chad Wilby (Jennifer), Scott Bartholomew (Beverly), Cory Cottone (Josh), Amy Novak (Brian), Daniel Grout (Mary), Paula Johnson (Brenden), Jill Gregoire, Judy O'Donnell (Riley) and Robert Gregoire; and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Ledger, Ethan, Bishop, Starr, Mia, Trey, Maci, Kenley, Bryce and Colt.
