He was predeceased by: his father Fabian Santiago; and his brother Javier. He is survived by: his children, Doris Santiago (Ahmed), Norberto Jr. and Orlando; and his siblings, Carmen, Maria, Miriam, Lisa, Johnny, Danny, Joey and Fabian Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
