It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Horak of Enfield, Connecticut, born in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Horak and John Horak; his sister Marie Sargent of Mt Pleasant, PA; his father-in-law Clarence Prahm of North Brookfield, MA; and his brother-in-law Steven Jacobson of Springfield, MA..
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Renee Horak; his son Matthew John Horak; his brother John; his sister-in-law Judy Horak of Mt Pleasant, PA; his mother-in-law Wanda Prahm of East Longmeadow, MA; and his brothers-in-law, Mark Jacobson of Pahrump, NV and Terry (Donna Jacobson) of Caldwell, ID. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
