He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony N. Cardarella and Anna L. Cardarella (Ragno). He is survived by: his wife Irene Margaret Cardarella (Coyle); his children, Linda Hellberg (Michael) of Windsor Locks, Anthony Cardarella of Enfield and Christie Love (Michael) of Enfield; his grandchildren, Victoria Hellberg, Daphne Love, Callum Love and Hadley Love; his great grandchild Corey Goodrow; his brother Thomas Cardarella (Germaine) of Enfield; and his nieces, Michele and Nicole. He is also survived by aunt, uncles and many cousins.
