Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joanne Skower of Enfield, Connecticut, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 81, on January 24, 2023. She was predeceased by: her father Francis Shepard; her husband Francis Peter Skower; and her sister Maureen Moody. She is survived by: her mother Katherine Shepard (McQuade); her children, Deborah Murrell (Richard) of El Cajon, CA, Michael Skower (Deirdre) of South Windsor and David Skower (Jennifer) of Enfield; her grandchildren, Cory Murrell, Andrew, Katie, Annie and Zaida Skower; and her siblings, William, Phillip, Mark Shepard and Kathy Scanlon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
