She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Trela and Helen Trela (Piekos); her husband John J. Gwozdz; and her siblings, Emily, Eugenia, Mary, Julian, Joseph and Zdzislaw.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara; her son-in-law Michael Hill of Toledo; her sons, Rev. John Gwozdz of East Hartford and Raymond Gwozdz of Enfield; her grandchildren, Andrea Creasy of Jacksonville and Jonathon Hill of Toledo; and her great grandchildren, Kayla and Kevin Michael Creasy of Jacksonville.
